Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

UK Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

• Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Total Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days from placing your order.

Delivery Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details and tracking reference where applicable.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
